JOB TITLE: Fashion Designer (Full-Time)
LOCATION: 4801 Pacific Blvd., Vernon, CA 90058
DUTIES:
- Visualize ideas and produce designs by hand or using computer-aided design;
- Sketch rough and detailed drawings of apparels and accessories, and write specifications such as color schemes, construction, material types, and other requirements;
- Select materials and production techniques to be used for apparels;
- Assist in fit sessions with Design Directors and Pattern-makers;
- Illustrate, color and spec original garments within multiple categories that reflect Final Touch Apparel Inc’s brand direction as well as fulfilling merchandising and business needs, etc.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Design, Fine Arts, or related is required.
HOURS: 40 hours/week
WAGES: $53,082/year
