Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped as ready. If any pre-order items are in your order we will ship once they become available.

It is an essential job for us to make sure we deliver our customer's orders complete and on schedule. We know that for some of our customers, time is a very valuable thing and we want to make sure it is not wasted. That is why we have chosen UPS exclusively for our main shipping carrier.

THESE ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS UPS OFFERS:

  • • UPS Ground Shipping - Delivery within 7 business days for orders placed by 11 AM PST, MON-FRI.
  • • UPS Express Saver - Delivery in 3 business days to businesses for orders placed by 11 AM., MON-FRI.
  • • UPS 2 DAY - Delivery within 2 business days for orders placed by 11 AM PST, MON-FRI.
  • • UPS First Overnight - Delivery in early-morning between 8 AM and 10 AM for orders placed by 11 AM., MON-FRI. (Allow one additional day for Hawaii and Alaska.)

SHIPPING TIMELINE

We try our best to ship out your orders on the same day, but with a high volume of orders it may take up to 48 hours when all items are in stock. Usually if we receive the orders before 11:30 AM PST, there is a higher chance that your order will be shipped out the same day. If you urgently need your order, you can always make a special request to our sales representative by leaving us a comment on the check-out box or by via e-mail/fax/telephone. We will try our best but we cannot make any guarantees because it will vary with how long the queue is.

The UPS pick-up truck always arrives by 3:00PM PST, we must prepare all shipments by this time. If you order after 11:30 AM PST we might not be able to prepare it on time. In this case, the shipment will be shipped out the following business day.

UPSWorldwide ONLY. For international customers we do third party drop off. Please note in shipping or in order note.

Return Policy

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • 1. All sales are not subject to a refund. STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE. WE WILL NOT REFUND MONEY IN ANY CASE.
  • 2. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be canceled.
  • 3. All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned unopened with the manufacturers' seal.
  • 4. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
  • 5. 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days
  • 6. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange transport of products to our facility for exchange.
  • 7. No store credit is issued after 10 days. (Absolutely no returns on special orders.)
  • 8. Claims for any damage must be made within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all items included.
  • 9. For returns, we may request the item(s) to be shipped back and will issue a credit upon review and receipt.
  • 10. Price on invoices does not include shipping and handling fees.
  • 11. Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and undeliverable packages.)
  • 12. We have the right to reject a return request claim upon review.

HOW TO PROCESS DAMAGES

  • 1. Please send the image of the defective piece(s) and an image of the label that includes the style # that is sewn into the garment to our email, web@finaltouchapparel.com
  • 2. Please state your company name and order #, along with the style#, color, size of the defective item, quantity of the defective pieces, and description of the damage.
  • 3. We have the right to reject/refuse a damage claim upon review.
  • * If you have more than 2 pieces of a defective item in the same style and color, you will be sent a UPS return label to return the damaged pieces. (Credit will be issued upon arrival and review)
  • * If you have less than 2 pieces of a defective item in the same style and color, you will have to follow steps 1 & 2.
    By doing so, we will do our best to assist you promptly after inspecting the photos or any returned items. We may request the defective item to be shipped to us for review.
